In KA Group Consulting we rank the delivery of services in three groups:
- Primary consulting services delivery
Core competencies and knowledge lies with partners and employees in KA Group Consulting, mainly focused on private organization consulting interventions.
- Secondary consulting services delivery
Include services which are provided to clients with significant support from partner organizations and external consultants, where KA Group Consulting is managing consulting interventions.
- Tertiary consulting services delivery
Includes development services of KA Group Consulting which are closely related to the first two groups of services, but have specific focus and usually include larger clients or projects, thus resulting in the role of KA Group Consulting as part of an consortium of companies.

Since 2010 KA Group provided consulting services to private, public and civil sector clients in the Balkan area countries, in the field of Management Consulting and Project Development Services. After 15 years of operations, KA Group merged with Brulz, and seized to operate.
Once upon a time…
KA Group in Macedonia was established in 2006 as limited liability company (or ltd, GMbH), working in the area of Public Relations and Event Management.
The first two years of existence KA Group Consulting worked as Strategic Partner and National coordinator for Republic of Macedonia of one of the best European Festivals – EXIT festival. Company activities included directing national campaigns and sales, public relations, event management, BTL activities and similar promotional activities.
In April 2010, after two years being in “sleep mode”, KA Group Consulting has “reinvented” its mission and work area, becoming professional service company in the area of management consulting.
KA Group Consulting is currently operating from its office in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, managed by the founder and owner – Mr. Vasko Karangeleski.
