The BRULZ CEO, Mr Vasko Karangeleski, was engaged for Organizational development of RDN and identification of sustainable business models.
RDN is the national Rural Development Network, a national umbrella organization for rural civil organizations and local action groups (LAGs). The organization enjoys respect from stakeholders: active member organizations, policy makers, donors and development organizations and academia.
The Assessment was developed with the objective of conducting needs assessment and identification of sustainable business models under the second outcome “Increased organizational capacities and financial sustainability of RDN of NM” of the project “Organizational development of RDN and development of sustainable models for foods security for local communities”. The assessment was conducted through direct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.
The sustainability model interventions are grouped in three areas, for which implementation plan and monitoring framework has been developed and outlined.
